For safe, economical, high-volume stockpiling consider replacing costly loaders with tripper conveyors. Equipped with a tripper car, these custom-designed systems are typically mounted on tall pillar supports.

The tripper car moves in both directions to make a long pile on one or both sides of the belt conveyor. Depending on the height of the pillars, tripper conveyors are capable of large quantity stockpiles.

Some common applications include stockpiling for winter, discharging to bins or ships and linear stockpiling inside storage buildings.
